Featuring special guest ericka huggins activist, educator, poet and former Black Panther Party leader Stand with United Roots Learn about this inspiring and vital resource for Oakland’s youth. Only together can we transform our cities! The evening will feature a live performance and video showcase. ericka huggins will offer her reflections, and guests will learn more about how this compelling program is bringing hope to the Bay Area in these challenging times. There will be an invitation to contribute. Wine and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. Guests may stay after the program to enjoy more mingling and jazz.
